    Privacy Policy

How engage insights collects, uses, and protects your information — and the choices and rights you have.

    Last updated: 14 May 2026

    1. Introduction

engage insights, a brand of Azla Managers LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and website at engageinsights.io. Our handling of personal data is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and, where applicable, by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

    2. Information We Collect

Personal information. Name, email address, company name, job title, and phone number that you provide when you request a demo, create an account, or contact us.

Usage data. Browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data collected automatically as you interact with the Service.

Customer content. Data your organisation uploads to the platform (for example, engagement records and stakeholder contact details) which we process on your behalf as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

Cookies & similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. See the Cookies section below.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    • Provide, operate, secure, and maintain our platform
    • Process demo requests, respond to enquiries, and communicate with you
    • Improve and personalise your experience
    • Analyse usage trends and optimise performance and reliability
    • Send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time
    • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

    4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

    • Contractual necessity — processing needed to provide the Service you have requested.
    • Legitimate interests — analytics, security, and improving our products, balanced against your rights.
    • Consent — certain marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
    • Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with applicable law.

    5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

    • Service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, database infrastructure, analytics, and email delivery), bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
    • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
    • Business partners only with your explicit consent, or a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

    6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to provide the Service, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

    7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, and correct, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do neither). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at amine@engageinsights.io; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

    8. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and regular security assessments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data. For more detail, see our Data Residency & Hosting page.

    9. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites function and remember your preferences. We use the following categories:

    • Essential cookies. Required for the Service to work — for example, to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and protect against fraud. These cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.
    • Analytics cookies. Help us understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most visited) so we can improve it. These are used only with your consent where required.
    • Preference cookies. Remember choices you make, such as language or region, to give you a more tailored experience.

Your choices. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse or remove cookies. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your preferences at any time. Disabling essential cookies may affect how the Service functions.

    10. International Transfers

We may process and store data in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). See our Data Residency & Hosting page for where data is stored.

    11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

    12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and, where appropriate, by other means.
